Multi-service Access Platform MSTP STM-16 STM-4 STM-1 SDH

Symfun BX-T 08C STM-16/4/1 Multi-Service Transmission Platform provides various service interfaces with a compact optical solution for MANs aggregation level optical transmission. The core of the device is large capacity cross connect matrix with powerful circuit service disposing ability and data service disposing ability that support Ethernet layer 2 switching. It can be used for chain networking, ring networking and multiple ring networking, and usually used with Symfun other BX-T 08 series products to form MANs transmission network, and provide end-to-end transmission scheme.

Features:

n 4.5U-height compact size design, same device can configure to STM-1/4 or STM-16, easy to upgrade and support flexible networking.

n Provide 4032X4032 VC12, 192X192 VC3, 64X64 VC4 level non-blocking cross connection, supporting uni-directional, bi-directional and broadcasting.

n Provide sub-network connection protection (SNCP), multiplex section protection 2 fiber ring (MSP 2F Ring) and 1+1 multiplex section protection (MSP), support traffic communication between them.

n Provide 1:N（N=1～4） protection to E1 card, provide 1:1 protection to E3/DS3

n Applicable for a number of network configurations: point-to-point, chain, ring, star, tree, multi-ring, ring crossing networking, etc.

n Provide E1、E3/DS3、FE、GE、STM-1/4/16, STM16 service interfaces.

n Support LAPS and GFP and LCAS;

n FE card support VC, VC3 maximum level is 3, VC12 maximum level is 63;

n Can allocate independent service or mutual protection service between any optical interface;

n Provide EOW interface (two line mode) with group call and selective call;

n Could be configured as complex SNCP network, such as 2.5G-622M multi-ring, 622M-155M multi-ring, 155M-155M multi-ring;

n Provide F (10 Base-T) and f (RS232) network management interface, and the NMS port provides management functions of ITU-T standard configuration, alarm, performance, maintenance and security;

n Provide 8 channel external alarm input, 4 channel device alarm output and a series of alarm output interface;

n Provide device software remote download with dynamic update ability and easy to maintain;

n Support hardware configuration data remote update online without device change.

n Provide remote NMS access, support remote monitoring.

n Provide Ethernet layer 2 switch function:

Support 802.3x flow control for full-duplex mode and collision-based back- pressure for half-duplex mode.

Support broadcast storm filtering.

Support port-based VLAN and 802.1Q tag-based VLAN with IVL.

Support 802.1d Spanning Tree Protocol.

Support static priority and 802.1p Class of Service with 2-level priority queuing.

Support static port converging.

Support by-port Egress/Ingress rate control.

Support Static MAC filter database.

n Provide nature temperature control and fan compulsive temperature control with fan status detection to ensure equipment working stably.
