The PP-R cold and hot water pipe production line is mainly used for producing residential water supply system, industrial water conveying, compressed air transiting pipe with thick wall and different diameter. PP-R is the latest product in the international pipe development history, with the characteristics of low price, non-toxic, no corrosion, and high temperature resistant, convenient installation. The production line is our new automatic developed product with the introduction of foreign advanced technology, its screw, die head and other key parts are designed based on the characteristics of PP-R.
The PE-RT, PEX extrusion line are widely used in residence, shopping center ,hospital , stadium and village. Line aims at characteristic of PE-RT and PE-X. Line adopts JWS series high efficiency single screw extruder ,equipped with Siemens PLC controlling system. It has high capacity, stable extruding, special for small pipe high speed extruding.
