PP/PE/PS/HIPS/ABS Plate (Sheet) Co-extrusion Line
This PP/PE/PS/HIPS/ABS sheet extrusion line consists of single screw extruder, T-die, 3-roller calender, cooling frame, haul-off unit, automatic cutter or double-station rewinder can be chosen based on sheet thickness. Melting pump and hydraulic screen filter are also available. It can also be used to produce multi-layer sheet by adding extra extruders.
Application of PS electric sheet:
PS is mainly used in semiconductor electron, computer communication etc.product, is specially used in no dust, no static,  power discharge protection and shield of electromagnetic wave fittings of radio frequency disturbance or machine package etc.
PP/PE/ABS sheet produced by this line has the features of high strength, heat resistance, corrosion resistance, can be filled, reinforced, toughened, stiffness, frame retardant, modified, surface can be embossed and matted.
Apply to all sectors in product packaging, food packaging, stationery, print, gifts,
handicraft manufacturing and so on.
Main products: gift bag, advertising fan, paper bag, lampshade, mouse pad, food packaging box and so on.
