This PP/PE WPC profile extrusion line consists of double screw extruder, mould, vacuum calibration table, haul-off, cutter and stacker. The raw material used is PP/PE and wood fiber compounds, then the final products have the advantages of wood, not only have the appearance of natural wood, but also overcome the shortcomings of natural wood, with anti-corrosion, moisture-proof, anti-moth-eaten, high stability, non-crack characteristics.
       With the dual advantages of the cost and performance of wood-plastic sheet materials, expanding applications, and more and more replace other traditional materials.
       Wood-plastic board is mainly used in wall board, siding, decking boards, packaging and logistics with the combination of pallets, construction lumber, storage racks, also making decorative borders, fences, stair handrails and so on.
By changing barrel & screw on extruder, and mould, this line can also be quipped as PVC WPC profile extrusion line.
