Application:

A.used to modify meat quality, taste and tenderness, and increase yields.

1.use in in meat and poultry meat products

*Increase elasticity and tenderness of meat products 

*Increase the cohesiveness of meat products, and modify slicing properties of meat products.

B.Use in aquatic products:

* Effectively increase water-biding properties of marine products, make marine products juicy, and   prevent water-soluble nutrition contents from losing.

*Inhibit fat oxidation, and prolong shelflife.

* Reduce thawing loss and cooking loss

C.The product, which is mainly composed of casein:

Use area:

It is mainly used in fish products such as fish ball, minced fillet or surimi, fish skin, beef meatball, pork meatball, hams, pickled vegetables, meat stuffing, cold meats, barbecue, cured meat, sausage, natural sausage skin, goose intestine, and chicken intestine, etc to enhance meat juiciness, elasticity, tenderness, water holding and adhesive properties,to increase resilience.

Usage:

0.1%-0.3% varied according to meat quality.
