1. We can supply all kinds of roller forgings, including working roller forgings, back-up roller forgings and other rolling mill forgings. Our forging max weight is 40Mt and 
max length 12 meters. We have dia 2meter*12-meter deep shaft heat treatment furnace. It is the sole heat treatment furnace in East 
China and can improve the internal and external quality of the forgings.

 

2. We have a series of inspection equipments and test appliances, including chemical 
analysis, metallographic analysis, mechanical property test, charpy impact test, ultrasonic 
test , magnetic particle test, etc.

 

3. All of the ingot is melted by LF + VOD furnace. We can choose ESR raw material 
according to customers' requirements.

The material include 9Cr2MoV,21CrMoV5-11 etc

 .  

5. We carry out ISO9001 quality management system and can source every piece of raw
 material and processing worker. Till now we have built a long-term co-operation with many famous customers. 

 

6. According to the customers' requirements , we could finish the final machining .

reduction ratio .

      Impacting test    including normal temperature and low temperature test

      Stamping the heat number
