2. We have rich forging experience and heat treatment experience in material 18CrNiMo7-6 and 
34CrNiMo6.

3. Gearbox forging max diameter is 5000mm, max unit weight 45 MT.

4. We own 6000T open forging press, 3150T open forging press, 2000T open forging press, etc. 
Meanwhile, we have a series of heat treatment furnaces and Dia2000*12000mm heat treatment 
furnace is the sole one in East China.

5. Our gear forgings have been used in wind turbine generator gearboxes, rolling mill gearboxes 
and other heavy equipment gearboxes.

6. We have a series of inspection equipments and test appliances, including chemical analysis, 
metallographic analysis, mechanical property test, charpy impact test, ultrasonic test, magnetic 
particle test, etc.

7. All ingots are melted by LF + VOD furnace. We can choose ESR raw material according to 
customers' requirements.
