2000mm.We choose excellent raw material and make strict heat treatment. 
( including annealing , normalizing , quenching , tempering ,stabilization and 
solution treatment etc )

All ingots are melted by LF + VOD furnace. We can choose ESR raw material 
according to customers' requirements, on this condition all mechanical 
properties can be improved. 

The material include Carbon steel , low alloy steel , stainless steel . ( DIN standard 
or ASME standard ) Low temperature steel , high temperature steel

 For example : A105 , LF2 , 10CrMo11 ,12CrMo19-5 16CrMo9-3 ,24CrMo10 ,
25CrMo4 etc.

We have a series of inspection equipments and test appliances, including 

chemical analysis, metallographic analysis, mechanical property test, charpy impact 
test, ultrasonic test, magnetic particle test, etc.

We also own a series of machining facility , and could finish the final machining 
according to the customers' requirements .
