weight is 40Mt and max length 12 meters.

2. We have dia 2meter*12 meter deep shaft heat treatment furnace. It is the sole heat 
treatment furnace in East China, which can improve the internal and external quality 
of the rolls.

3. We master first rate case hardening technology, which can ensure surface hardness.

4. We have a series of inspection equipments and test appliances, including chemical 
analysis, metallographic analysis, mechanical property test, charpy impact test, ultrasonic 
test, magnetic particle test, etc.

5. All ingots are melted by LF + VOD furnace. We can choose ESR raw material according
to customers' requirements.
