(1) Main purpose

The machine is used for drying tanning after the synthetic leather is water tanned, or used for drying tanning of synthetic leather directly. The heat from heater is transmitted into synthetic by induced draft fan to obtain tanning of effect. The machine has the advantages of large heat, quick heat and perfect tanning effect etc. It has been proven by leather industry after application that the effect is great.

1. The cylinder has large opening rate, 1/4 of circumference of cylinder has opening areas of 0.2㎡ with the opening rate is up to 34%, thus air resistance can be reduced to minimum, on the one hand, all of the heat air can enter internal of cylinder to heat fabric, on the other hand, total resistance of air system is reduced to reduce operating cost.

2. Rational structure, the cylinder rotates in clockwise, the fabric is brought to left top of cylinder, then falls down with 45° parabola towards right bottom. Hot air enters cylinder from right top and is exhausted out of left bottom, so there is max heat exchange area and longest heat exchange time with fabric, the heat utilization rate is high.

3. The cylinder applies stainless steel, and it also has the advantages of easy operation, high efficiency, low noise and easy maintenance etc.

4.the outer shell is plastic sprayed, and the brass made heater is gracefully decorated.
