Technology of production

Printing machine is mainly used for coloring, printing, glossing and flatting, etc., which will increase the sense of beauty and genuine leather effect. Print ink is used for colorant, PU or other resin is for bridging agent, and volatile organic compounds is for diluents. 

Main Structure

The main structure of printing machine is unwinder, accumulator, printing head, oven, cooling roller and winder. Generally, there’re three kinds of printing machine, single-color printing machine, two-color printing machine and three-color printing machine, which is distinguished by the quantity of printing head. Printing part consists of one rubber roller and one mesh roller(printing roller). Mesh roller is distinguished by different quantity of mesh on the roller, which is made according to the products. Generally, there’re two kinds of oven, one is mesh type, another is needle plate type, which is recognized by the transmission way inside the oven. Mesh type, just as its name implies, the products pass through the oven by laying on the mesh. Needle plate type oven consists of extension system and oven, with the two ends of product fixed on the oven, which will avoid the shrink of products when passing through the oven. The needle plate type oven is widely used in Chinese market and are extending to abroad gradually.
