Application of jaw crusher specifications

The Tarzan pe series jaw crusher is used in primary crushing for stones and bulk materials .It processes various kinds of ore with compression strength not more than 320mp. It is widely applied in mining, quarry, metallurgy, building, highway, railway, construction wastes processing, water conservancy and cement production, etc. .The jaw crusher is divided into the coarse jaw crusher and the fine jaw crusher, i.e. PE series and PEX series.

Working principle of Mining machinery jaw crusher 

The motor drives the eccentric shaft to rotate by the V-belt & the slot wheel, then the movable jaw moves back and forth to break the materials in the crushing cavity which is composed of fixed jaw plate & movable jaw plate and side guard plate. When the movable jaw rises, the angle between the fixed jaw and movable jaw gets larger, and the materials can be broken to reach the crushing target. When the movable jaw is moving down, the angle between the fixed jaw and movable jaw becomes smaller .the end products slide from the discharge opening at the bottom.

A: According to clients request, Tarzan machinery can provide installation Technicians to supervise and assist in the assembly and commissioning of the equipment. Travel and accommodation costs, plus US$70 per day per one to be met by the client.

 

Q:Payment 

A:30% by TTby order + 70% before shipment

Q: What about Warranty? what will we do if the machine is broken down  
A: The warranty period for all of Tarzan’s structural and mechanical equipment is normally one year. The warranty period for all electric motors is six months. Wear parts are not covered in warranty unless the component part is found to be flawed.
