TZ inertial gravity classifier is a new type of classifier developed by Tarzan according to customers’ reaction and requirement. It is always used together with a duster and without motors. >Features of Tarzan gravity classifier 

1. Easy to adjust, 4 parts for adjustment as: material falls control, first ventilation control, secondary ventilation control, finished volume control. It can control the air flow and powder content very conveniently.
2. Power saving, previous solution is classifier+duster, but at this moment no motor in this kind of equipment, the main power is focus on duster. Thus it saves the electricity input.

>Application of Tarzan gravity classifier 

It is used to remove 75um below fine dust/powder from 0-5mm sand/stone material, which can increase the final product class

highly. The fed material moisture must be within least 5%.This machine always work with dust collector system and air compressor. Thus it is a kind of sand washer machine by air, instead of by water.

>Work principle of Tarzan gravity classifier 

By the control of air flow, flow direction and gravity, the inertial gravity classifier can realize 0-4.75mm material classification. The fed material and primary air enters into the classifier from the top, the direction of air flow changes 120°, and leaves the classifier with fine particles through the blades. The coarse particles falls down to the bottom of the classifier because of the gravity itself then can’t be flowed with the air, and discharges from a valve. 
Secondary air blowing from the bottom of the blades passes the curtain of falling particles mandatorily. These coarse particles nearing the classification point enters into the eddy in the heart-shaped cavity secondary air flow which changed its director. When enter the classifier, the captured fine particles and other particles pulled by the eddy all gather into the powder collector and will be recycled at last. 
The air throttle of secondary air can be adjusted simply by hand. It can change the particles granularity of classification. There is no moving part in material flow area, so the maintenance requirement of this machine is the lowest. For abrasive material, liners are used in some area in order to guarantee the long operating life of equipment.

A: According to clients request, Tarzan machinery can provide installation Technicians to supervise and assist in the assembly and commissioning of the equipment. Travel and accommodation costs, plus US$70 per day per one to be met by the client.

A:30% by TTby order + 70% before shipment

Q: What about Warranty? what will we do if the machine is broken down 
A: The warranty period for all of Tarzan’s structural and mechanical equipment is normally one year. The warranty period for all electric motors is six months. Wear parts are not covered in warranty unless the component part is found to be flawed.
