2according to sterilization method
(1)Hot water circulation retort sterilizer: Foods are immersed in hot water while sterilizing, heat is uniform distributed.
(2)Retort steam sterilizer: It’s not add water but inlet steam to warm when food is in the vessel. some air in the vessel may be cold in the process of sterilization. So heat is unevenly distributed.
(3)Water spray retort sterilizer: This method of sterilization is using nozzle or shower which are installed at two sides or top to spray food with hot water. The temperature can be quickly heating or cooling. It can sterilize food in a speedy and stable manner. The equipment is especially suitable for soft packed product.
(4)Lateral spay retort sterilizer: This kind of retort sterilizer is very suitable for pouch and box-packed product. It is composed of process tank, heat exchange, pumps, valves connected piping and PC controlled automatic system. It has many advantages such as uniform heat distribution and energy saving.
