Diswet  LOX407  a  non-ionic  alkyl-polyoxyethylene  ether  surfactant  and
environmentally friendly wetting dispersant, can substitute APEO. It has hydroxy, and
is characterized by excellent wetting dispersion, favorable adsorption surface area and
biological degradability. It can significantly reduce the surface tension of water and be
dispersed  readily  in  water.  It  provides  excellent  polymeric  and  mechanical
performance  and  freeze-thaw  resistance.  It  applies  to  the  latex  paint  preparation
demanding high levels of paint film smoothness and water-based color paste system.
