With water-based wetting dispersion for paint, Hydispex 7190can improve pigment
wetting and tinctorial strength, reduce grinding time, stabilize the disperse system and
hue  of  color,  and  prevent  flocculation,  floating  and  flooding.  It  can  significantly
reduce  the  viscosity  of  system,  and  improve  the  gloss  and  leveling  of  paint.  Its
performance corresponds to DISPERBYK -190.
