Charge Enhancing Agent KC3080

KC1308 is a conductive agent of the powder coating resulting in improved application characteristics and quality. KC3080 is used to improve the application coverage and film build rates of powder coatings. It is especially effective in recessed areas by minimizing Faraday-Cage effects. Also, when added to a powder coating, the product demonstrates improved flow during application.

It can be used in all powder coating systems. The recommended addition level is from 0.1% to 0.3% based on total formulation weight. Performance depends on specific formulation and testing is recommended for optimal results.
