Scratch-resistant Agent  KC6010

KC6010 is a type a micronized amide wax which is designed for degassing in powder coating formulation. It is a kind of flowing improving additive of powder coatings.

2.Application

Normally it is an effective degassing agent in powder coating.KC6010 is also the viscosity controlling agent which improves the better leveling in powder coating. The dosage in powder coating for KC1620 is from 0.5% to 2% based on the total formulation. The precise amount should be tested in the lab.
