Structure: 

The structure of jaw crusher contains the frame, eccentric shaft, big belt pulley, flywheel, movable jaw, side guard plate, toggle plate, rear seat of toggle plate, modulation gap screw, returning spring(or hydraulic resetting device), fixed jaw plate and movable jaw plate etc, among which the toggle plate is used for safety.  

When coming the super hard materials such as iron which can not be crushed, jaw crusher will start over loading protection device, spindle and big belt pulley will be separated automatically, and exhaust these hard materials out of machine quickly, it effectively protect jaw plate or machine body from breaking. 

Working principle: 

This Jaw Crusher's crushing style is the type of driving extrusion. The motor drives the belt and belt pulley to make the movable jaw move through the eccentric shaft. When movable jaw is rising ,the included angle between the wrist plate and movable jaw become bigger to drive the movable plate to be close to the fixed plate. At the same time the material is squeezed and rubbed, rolled to achieve multiple crushing, when movable jaw is down, the included angle between the wrist plate and movable jaw become small, movable jaw plate left fixed jaw plate under the action of drawbar and spring, and then, the crushed materials are exhausted from crusher cavity, Along with the motor rotating continuously, crusher movable jaw periodic crushing and discharging, and reaches mass production.
