Product Description:

l Gas shielded hardfacing flux cored wire

l  Hardness can reach 58HRC as welded over 3 layers

l  Excellent abrasion wear resistance as the micro-structure of deposited metal is martensite and alloy     carbides

l  The fine crack appeared during welding is caused by stress releasing, which won’t influence the usage of  the components under low impact working conditions. .

Application:

Suitable for components that withstand heavy abrasion wear under mild impact, such as, coal mill roller, chute, bell, mineral equipment, mining machine .

2.Notes 

1).  Remove fatigue layer, oil and rust .

2).  Deposited metal is unmachinable, only can be grinded .

3).  Weld ribs to enhance the bonding strength as welded over 7mm .
