1.Product Description:

 l Gas shielded hardfacing flux cored wire.

 l Hardness can reach 60HRC as welded over 3 layers.

 l The deposited metal is high chromium alloy with excellent abrasion wear resistance. Mo,W, V and other elements can improve its high temperature resistance.  

l The fine crack appeared during welding is caused by stress releasing, which won’t influence the usage of the components under low impact working conditions.

2.Application:

Suitable for components that withstand heavy abrasion wear at high temperature, such as, single tooth crusher, sintering grate, distribution chute etc.

5.Notes 

1). Remove fatigue layer, oil and rust.

2). Deposited metal is unmachinable, onlycanbe grinded.

3). Weld ribs to enhance the adhesive strength as welded over 7mm.
