3. There is a copper coil as heat exchanger inside tank, which can withstand pressure 0.6Mpa.

4. Healthy: water which you will use is from copper coil, not from tank, without any furring.

WORKING PRINCIPLE

The key of this system is solar heat pipe collector, which consist of solar vacuum tube, heat pipe, manifold, frame etc.

Heat pipe has some medium inside, When solar vacuum tube absorb heat energy from sun, then transmit it to heat pipe , the liquid medium of the bottom of heat pipe become vapor, then rise up to the top, cooled by cold water then go down to the bottom of heat pipe, This is circulation of solar heat pipe collector. This complete system is connected by pipe (copper pipe). There are two temperature sensors in solar heat pipe collector and water tank, the water temperature of water tank can arrive in 50~95 degree, Then we can use the hot water inside the water tank.

Remarks:

Payment: For LCL/Sample order, the wooden box fee and inland transportation fee will charge for extra, we accept 100% T/T in advance; For FCL order, we accept 30% T/T in advance, 70% balance is upon the copy of B/L.

Warranty: 3 years warranty for the whole system; 15 years for the vacuum tubes;

Delivery time: within 3 days for LCL/sample order; within 12 days for standard container, within 15 days for OEM order;

Packing details: If LCL/sample order, in order to avoid be broken in shipping, we will pack the tubes with wood box.

FCL Order: international standard export cartons for tank, frame and tubes if full containers(FCL), international standard export cartons for tank, frame, case (plywood)+ cartons for tubes if less than full container(LCL).
