INTRODUCTION
HS-08 One Component Water Based Acrylic Nano Elastomeric Waterproofing Coating imported the
crystallization of international advanced technology, main raw material is imported acrylic latex, it’s a one
component, water based, non-solvent, non-toxic, non-polluting waterproofing coating refined by plasticizers,
additives and fillings etc.. Color is optional by mixing pigments, it’s widely applied in all kinds of waterproofing
systems, it’s a ideal and high class environmental friendly waterproofing coating.

APPLICATION RANGE
a. All kinds of moisturizing and waterproofing coat(layer) such as wet or dry sand, mortar, concrete, metal,
wood, hard plastic, glass, gypsum board, cystosepiment, bitumen, rubber, SBS, APP, polyurethane etc..
b. All kinds of waterproofing or leakage for new or old buildings and structures(such as waterproofing on
roofing, toilet, underground, tunnel, bridge or leakage on window sill and edge, flower box, sanitary ware etc).
c. Bonding or sealing materials and decorative coating for exterior wall.

APPLICATION METHOD
Brush coating on the surface with roll brushes or squeegee, while finding coating in much dense(viscous), it
would be diluted by mixing with water, it will forms integral waterproofing membrane after coating curing.
Brush 3 - 4 coats(layers), brush next coat(layer) after last coat(layer) is curing.
APPLICATION REQUEST
Substrate request: substrate must be level, solid, clean, free of water and leakage, while finding uneven and
crack, we must level it, and plug the leaking place, repair convex corner to round corner.
Three application cases for your choice: according to different waterproofing systems, we should choose
relative cases. Above application range, coat(layer) structure, requested accessory, coating mixing ratio and
consumption show as following table:

Brush coating with roll brush or squeegees, brush coat(layer) by coat(layer) according to scheduled case,
brush next coat(layer) before last coat(layer) is tack-free and not curing. Low temperature, high humidity, bad
ventilation will delay curing time, otherwise, in opposite. For case 3, we must continue to apply between low
coat(layer), non woven fabric coat(layer) and middle coat(layer), no interval, which makes it form a integral
with coat(layer).
While brushing evenly, no part deposition, bottom coat(layer) need to be brushed in several times, which
ensure no bubble between coating and substrate, bonding completely. While brushing protective coat(layer),
we can sprinkle coarse sand on last coat(layer) after brushed, and brush a cement mortar protective
coat(layer) after curing.
NOTE
a. Application can not below 4℃ or under rain, as well under special wet or free of ventilated environment, or
delay forming membrane.
b. No need to add water while application, close bucket cover after run out.
c. Make leakage proof test in 4 - 5 days after waterproofing systems finished, that is 2 hours after rain or
continuous water pouring, if possible, we can store water 24 hours, if no leakage, it passed. (Under bad air
circulation, wet, long curing environment, leakage proof test time will be delayed)
d. It must be sealed and stored above 0℃ shade place, close bucket cover, avoid sun exposure, shelf life is
1 year.
