Two Component Polyurethane (PU) Waterproofing Coating
INTRODUCTION
HS-02 911 polyurethane (PU) waterproofing coating is a two component high polymer chemical reaction
waterproofing coating. It made of (Part A) (PUP) polyurethane pre polymers includes isocyanate base(-NCO) and
(Part B) admixture made of multi-hydroxyl(-OH) curing agent(hardener) and other additives includes carbon black,
vulcanizing agent, antiseptic, tackifier, catalyst etc. Mixed both evenly in certain proportion, finally, it forms a
elastomeric integral waterproofing membrane after curing.

b.Application in winter, easy and safe application.
c.Application in liquid state, curing in room temperature, short setting period, strong cohesiveness, high
waterproofing and permeability.
d.High elongation, resistance to heat and cold, corrosion and ageing.
APPLICATION RANGE
a. All kinds of roofing waterproofing systems, such as concrete, bamboo, wood, steel, tile structure roofing.
b. Underground waterproofing systems, such as basement concrete deck, internal & external wall, retaining wall,
tunnel and well.
c. All kinds of building waterproofing systems, such as toilet, kitchen, inedible water pool, swimming pool, flower
box, sluice flooring, internal wall, construction joint, expansion joint, through-wall pipe and anti-corrosion pool.
d. Adhesive anti-corrosion: adhere to wood floor, cement deck, asbestos products, pipe outside, anti-corrosion pool.

APPLICATION REQUEST
a. Substrate Treatment: Application substrate requires solid, flat, dry, free of water, dust and oil stain, and fill and
level the indentation and breakage place.
b. Material Preparation: Part A : Part B = 1 : 2 (weight ratio), put the Part A into container before part B, and evenly
mix them to black color.
c. Application: In general, application in two times, brush or squeegee mixed coating on the substrate with rubber
squeegee board or brush, brushed in vertical and horizontal directions repeatedly, which ensure the permeate and
bonding of coating on substrate. Brush next coat after the first coat surface is curing. (Increase its waterproofing
property with glass fiber cloth or non-woven fabrics.)
d. Protective Coat(Layer) Application: In order to increase the bonding strength between waterproofing coat and
protective coat, we need to sprinkle some coarse sands or small stones on the last waterproofing coat before it’s not
curing.
e. Material Consumption: 1mm thickness consumed about 1.2 – 1.4kg/m2, 1.5mm thickness consumed about 1.7 –
2kg/m2, 2mm thickness consumed about 2.5kg/m2.
NOTES
a. Special in winter, while finding Part B material viscosity is excessive during application, diluted it with a little
toluene or xylene that should less than 10% of Part B.
b. While finding air bubble after membrane formed (in general, it caused by high water content on substrate), we
should cut off the bubble for discharging gas, repair it with coating till its curing.
c. Application temperature should be above 5℃, keep air circulate while application, run out of mixed coating is
within 20mins .
d. It’s supposed to be sealed or stored in a ventilated and dry place, free from sun exposure and rain, storage period is
12 months.
