1.Introduction

Polyurethane is SZ-01 911 Polyurethane (PU) Waterproof Coating main material, which composites two component polymer chemical reaction waterproof coating, It (II Component) mixed by (PUP) polyurethane pre polymers( I Component) including isocyanate base(-NCO), curing agent including multi-hydroxyl(-OH), other additives including carbon black, vulcanizing agent, antiseptic, tackifier, catalyst etc. Mixed both components evenly in certain proportion, finally, it forms elastic waterproof membrane.

3.Application Range

a. All kinds of roofing waterproof engineerings, such as concrete, bamboo, wood, steel, tile structure roofing.

b. Underground construction waterproof engineering, such as underground room concrete deck, internal & external wall, retaining wall, tunnel and well.

c. All kinds of constructure waterproof engineering, such as toilet, kitchen, inedible water pool, swimming pool, flower box, sluice flooring, internal wall, construction joint, expansion joint, through-wall pipe and anti-corrosion pool.

d. Adhesive anti-corrosion: cohesive wood floor, cementitious deck, asbestos products, pipe outside, anti-corrosion pool.

5. Construction Request

a. Base Treatment: Construction base requires strong, flat, dry, free of water, dust, oil stain and fill and level the indentation and breakage place.

b. Material Preparation: Component A : Component B = 1 : 2  (weight ratio), put the component A into container, after put component B, and evenly mix to black color.

c. Construction: In two times, coat or squeegee mixed coating on the base with rubber roll brush, coating direction should divide into two vertical directions, which ensure the permeate and bonding of coating on base, make next coat after surface curing of first coating layer. ( Increase its waterproofing property with glass fiber net or non-woven fabrics.)

d. Protective Layer Construction: In order to increase the binding power between waterproofing layer and protective layer, before curing of second coating layer, its necessary to spray some coarse sands or small stones on the base, which make the binding between protective layer and waterproofing layer more tight.

e. Material Consumption: 1mm thickness is about 1.2 – 1.4kg/m2, 1.5mm thickness is about 1.7 – 2kg/m2, 2mm thickness is about 2.5kg/m2.

 

 

6. Note

a. Specially in winter, while finding component B material is much too bonding during construction, put small quantity of toluene or xylene for dilution, quantity should not more than 10% of component B.

b. While finding bubble after membrane finished, we should cut off the bubble, let gas outgoing, repair with coating till its dry.

c. Construction temperature should be above 5℃, keep air circulate while construction, prepared coating is supposed to be used up within 20 minutes.

d. This model is supposed to be sealed or stored in a ventilated and dry place, free from sun exposure, and rain, storage period is 12 months.
