INTRODUCTION
HS-16 K11 Two Component General Polymer Modified Compound Waterproofing Coating made of unique formula
with high polymer emulsion and inorganic powder, its powder made of excellent quality cement, quartz and unique
high polymer. This a permeation mechanism that crystalline material migrate into concrete slab and forms
recemosum(cirsoid) crystal, isolate water molecules channel inside the structure, and it will forms an integral
compound two component waterproofing coating.

APPLICATION REQUEST
1.Substrate Treatment: Substrate is solid, flat, clean, free of dust, oil, hollowing and other loose things. While finding
obvious hole void and sand hole, we must level and plug it with cement mortar, repair convex corner to round corner.
2.Material Mixing: Sufficiently mix liquid with powder in 2 - 3 mins to paste without mass of powders. Run out of all
mixed paste in 1h.
(Weight ratio) liquid material : powder = 1 : 2.7.
3.Application: wetting substrate with water, brush mixed paste in crossing direction with fur brush or roll brush,
avoid leaking brushing, in general, brush more than 2 coats(layers), coat(layer) thickness keep above 1.2mm. Brush
next coat(layer) after last coat(layer) is tack-free.
4.Material Consumption: In theory, 1.0mm thickness waterproofing membrane consumed about 1.5 – 1.8kg/m2.(Total
amount after mixed liquid with powder, above consumption under flat substrate), actual consumption will be different
according to specific substrate and lose.
NOTE
1.Application temperature keeps 5 - 45 ℃.
2.We must take necessary protection for waterproofing coat(layer) before curing, includes prohibits
pedestrian, rain erosion, exposure, cold or damaged by edge item. No need to brush protective coat(layer)
after waterproofing coat(layer) is curing.
3.It should be sealed and stored above 5℃, in shade and dry place, unopened coating shelf life is 1 year.
