The production line of automatic wire mesh special welding machine is mainly used to weld construction mesh and guardrail, etc. The specification of welding materials and meshes used is as followed:

1.Material specification: 6-12mm round steel or deformed steel.

2.Material specification: space between cross bar is ≥50mm and stepless adjustable.                               main bar is ≥ 50mm, multiplies with 50mm.

Auto-feeding mechanism: the welding machine feeds in materials while it welds mesh sheets, saving time from feeding materials into the machine; also, the self-contained stepper system complements for changes in mesh sheet specification, improving adaptability;

Welding main machine: the framework of the main body is sturdy and reliable and sophisticated in appearance; the main body is equipped with 12 125KVA AC adaptors which allow one-step welding of mesh sheets, thus improves welding efficiency; the movements of welding cylinders can be controlled to adapt to mesh sheets of various specifications; good cooling mechanism reduces overheating during welding and improves quality of equipment;

transverse bar feeding mechanism: the feed wheel automatically feeds in materials while the sorting wheel automatically sorts and blanks materials, reducing manual labor and increasing productivity;

Mesh drawing mechanism: welds 3M mesh sheets in one step, has high seine efficiency; PLC + Touch screen + Servo Motor Control allow for precise welding, reducing discrepancy;

Unloading mechanism: the unloading hook removes welded mesh sheets and piles them automatically to improve the extent of automation of the equipment and reduce manual labor;

Roller conveyor mechanism: transports piled mesh sheets to designated hoisting zone to avoid moving them manually; increases automation;

Electrical control system: the touch screen and PLC allow you to control all the electrical parts, reasonably allot welding times, control welding movements, ensure welding efficiency, and improve welding precision.
