The design concept of the device originated from the improvement of the welding principle of ordinary three-phase secondary protective single-feed cage welding mold frame.

1. the disadvantage of single-phase secondary protective cage welder: put the welding materials in the mold frame during welding, and then press the welding button and it will consume more power and the working efficiency is low compared with the medium frequency inversion protective cage welder.

2. The advantages of medium frequency inversion protective cage welder: using two special welding mold frame (divided into A mold frame and B mold frame. Put the welding materials in the A feed mold frame during welding, and then press the welding button. When A welding mold is promoting welding, the operator can arrange the welding materials in the B mold frame and wait for all the products on the A welding mold to be welded.

3. The welded products will be emptied by mechanical arm and A mold frame returns to the loading area. At the same time, the B mold frame is pushed into the welding electrode to be welded, and the A mold frame goes back to the original location of B mold frame and the operator arranges welding materials. The process is cycled again and again, which saves the time of arranging welding materials during the welding of B mold frame and the completion of A mold frame welding, thus the production efficiency is greatly improved, and it is clean and consumes less power because the medium frequency inversion control system is equipped.
