Founded in 1993, Jinan Changlin Air-bag Container Factory Co., Ltd., is  a hi-tech enterprise,specializing in product design,development and technical service of marine airbags and pneumatic rubber fenders.

Jinan Changlin has obtained 16 national patents,including 3 invention patents.CHANGLIN pneumatic rubber fender and its manufacturing facility are of invention patents, and Jinan Changlin owns intellectual property rights.

Jinan Changlin has drafted 8 standards,including 2 international standards,2 national standards,3 industry standards and 1 local standard,so that it becomes the leader and navigator in the fields of marine airbag and fender industries in China.

In 1996, Jinan Changlin developed a new product-pneumatic rubber fender.In 1998,it obtained the provincial new-product certification,which means that the product performance parameters have reached the international level and national advanced level of that time. In 2000,Jinan Changlin drafted the 1st Chinese industry standard of pneumatic rubber fender,implemented in 2001.After several years of practical application and improvement,Jinan Changlin drafted the national standard GB/T21842-2008 Ships and marine technology-pneumatic rubber fenders,which is issued by AQSIQ and standardization administration of China.

CHANGLIN pneumatic rubber fenders is one of Jinan Changlin’s major products.It has the merits of high pressure resistance,high energy absorption,low reaction force,aging resistance and seawater corrosion resistance.During the standard preparation,compression performance tests were made by Shandong University Mechanical Engineering Test Center.Reliable data proved that product quality performance parameter have reached or was higher than the requirements of national standard and/or international standard.At present,CHANGLIN pneumatic rubber fenders were widely used to various ships,offshore platforms,wharfs and floating docks for collision protection at home and abroad.
