1. High quality rubber and high tensile synthetic fiber are used.

The imported high quality natural rubber is used for CHANGLIN fender, with reasonable rubber formula.The reinforcing material is customized high tensile strength polyamide fiber cords. After special processing, the cords and rubber get optimum adhesion. The high pressure resistance and anti-burst property are considerably increased, especially in bad environment. It has the merits of good flexibility, good shock absorption, aging resistance and seawater corrosion resistance etc. Under the same strength conditions, by using customized high tensile strength polyamide fiber  to decrease its wall thickness,CHANGLIN TM fender gets more flexible, so that the fender absorption capacity is high increased, and the reaction force is reduced towards the hull.

2. No-mould vulcanization and surround pasting formation process.

The surround pasting formation process is our patent technology to produce fenders, by whole formation,no-mould and long time low temperature vulcanization, which improve the fender’s layers uniformity. By the reasonable construction design and strict production process, the force distribution on the fender wall is balanced in different directions, which considerable improve the anti-shock capacity and aging resistance property.

3.Through the experimental verification according with standards

Our company is a drafting unit of national standard GB/T 21482-2008 Ships and marine technology -Pneumatic rubber fenders,which is equivalent to ISO 17357:2008 Ships and marine technology-High -pressure floating pneumatic rubber fenders.Our company fully tested the fender properties according with national standard and/or international standard. The results shows that the properties are better than national and ISO standards.

4. High energy absorption and low reaction force

Energy absorption is a major technical property of fender.With the increase of ship tonnage, the collision energy is multiplied during the ship berthing or contacting. Especially in offshore operation work, the huge collision should be absorbed relying on fender sufficient deformation and enough contact area.CHANGLINTM pneumatic rubber fender’s deformation ratio can reach 60%, and the contact area enlarges quickly along with the deformation ratio increases. Its capacity of absorption energy is much higher than other fenders. 

5. Good slant contact adaptability

For ship berthing or mooring at a certain angle slant contact, the adaptability of CHANGLINTM pneumatic rubber fender is much better than other fenders.

6. Floating on the water,applicable for swaying ships

Pneumatic rubber fender can be used in floating or hanging modes. When the fender is used on floating on water, the fender relative to position of hull side doesn’t change during the ship rise and fall in tide. Especially when the ship is swaying along the tides, cylindrical pneumatic rubber fender can roll easily with little friction force. So it doesn’t damage the hull surface coating, and reduce the swaying and vibration.
