Chocolate slicing machine is used to produce square and rectangle chocolate block. It's a multi-function production line, especially suitable for producing multi-layer chocolate block.

The chocolate mass is filled and sprayed on the conveyor belt. After coming out from the cooling tunnel, it will be formed into big chocolate block. And then being sliced both in vertical and horizontal directions, thus, the small chocolate block is produced.

This machine is typically suitable for multi-layer chocolate block production which can not be done by normal depositing machine. Each layer of the chocolate block is visible from inside and outside. With PLC and touch-panel operation, another highlight of this machine is high productivity.
