Description
CYD-5300 series additives are special end groups dendritic polymers produced by Weihai CY Dendrimer Technology Co.,Ltd. Good at processability improvement and widely applied in pipe, film, sheets, wire and cable, automotive industry, machine parts, electrical elements, shells etc.
Heat Stability
Pyrolysis weight test shows, CYD-5300 heat loss 2%, temperature is 320℃, heat loss 5%, temperature is 350℃.
Performance

1. Hight thermal stability at high temperature, low volatility,good mold unloading and lubricating property.
2. Wide application, can be used in many polymers, especially for : thermo engineering plastic, such as PA or high temp PA.
3. Improve fiber floating in glass fiber reinforced products, dosage 0.6-1%.
4. Used as external lubricant for PC, much lower dosage than traditional addtives, 0.2～0.7%.
5. Good dispersion performance in PC, PET, PBT, PC/ABS. 6. Used as lubricant for metal-cutting, rolled sheet, or mixed with top grade lubricating oil.
