Solvent-borned dispersant

Description

CYD-P series products are new compound dispersants of dendritic polymer and other dispersants. Structure is different with traditional dispersant. Number and type of end groups of single molecular is more than usual dispersants. Unique structure brings quick wettability of pigments and low viscosity of color paste. Pigments concentrates stabilization is achieved by means of steric hindrance segment.

Solubility:xylene, toluene, butyl acetate etc.

Applications

Alcohol acid and acrylic system.

Dosage

Additive on pigment weight

Carbon blacks: 40-80%

TiO2: 1-3%

 

Application Properties

Reduction of flooding and floating.

Decrease of system viscosity.

Increase of pigment dispersion stability.

Improvement of gloss and haze.

Usage

Be incorporated before the pigments grinding.

Storage

CYD-P series should be stored in a dry and cool place. Turbid state below 0℃
