Polyolefin Polymer Processing Aid CYD-2136

CYD - 2136 is special dendritic structure additive, which can improve the processing properties of polyolefin polymers, widely used in all kinds of polyolefin film products.

Application: HDPE, LDPE, MDPE, LLDPE, PP, BOPP, etc.

Product initial thermal decomposition temperature is 280 ℃, the processing temperature should be ≥180 ℃.

Advantage:

1. Act as lubricant agent, anti-block agent and anti-static agent
2. Remove shark skin, scales (melt fracture phenomenon, improve products surface brightness and smoothness;
3. Improve plasticizing, reduce the formation of gel and carbon deposition, decrease the frequency of cleaning downtime and the rejection rate. Besides, it can improve the melt index, reduce the melt pressure and the host current, increase production capacity;
4.  Improve the thickness uniformity and size stability of the product
5.  Reduce the melt pressure, prolong the service life of equipment.

S est dosage: 0.03%-0.1%, blend the CYD-2136 with raw material ; At the beginning of boot, the dosage should be a little bigger . when surface defects completely eliminate, decrease the dosage
