Production Description

Briquetting machine is used for making coal fines , coke fines , charcoal powder , carbon black , iron ore fines , cast iron fines , mill scale , manganese ore fines , phospho gypsum powder and other materials fines into briquettes . These briquettes can be designed of round ball shape , oval shape , oblateness , elongated shape , square shape etc . This machine is widely used in coal industry and metallurgy industry .

 

Working Principle

Motive power will transmit to two rollers synchronously through the reducer and make them rotate oppositely . Materials naturally enter into ball model , along with rollers rotation , pressure of materials bearing become larger . When the two rollers arrive at contact point , materials bearing pressure reaches peak . Under the tremendous pressure , materials become ball shape from powder shape .

Briquette Production Line

The raw material which has a good deal of moisture will be dried by the rotary dryer . If there are several mixed kinds of materials , the materials will be reasonable distributed by the electrical dosing machine . Then we will crush and mix materials with binder by crusher and double shaft mixer . The mixed materials will be conveyed to increasing density machine through belt conveyor . After that , we can use the briquetting machine to make briquettes . At the end of , final briquettes should be dried by vertical dryer or chain plate dryer or mesh belt dryer . The whole production line could be designed according to customer’s demand .
