Production

Gypsum briquette machine is specially used for pressing the desulfurization gypsum , phosphorous gypsum etc . According to the various characteristics of gypsum , our company developed the specialized gypsum briquette machine which can be used to press the desulfurization gypsum or phosphorus into the briquettes by one time , don’t add any adhesive . With the features of purity guaranteed , directly forming , high briqurtting ratio , suitable for all kinds of transportation , reduce the packaging cost , improve product transportation ability ; When put the gypsum briquettes into the mill , do not appear sticky grinding , impact mill production etc problems .

Working Principle

Motive power will transmit to two rollers synchronously through the reducer and make them rotate oppositely . Materials naturally enter into ball model , along with rollers rotation , pressure of materials bearing become larger . When the two rollers arrive at contact point , materials bearing pressure reaches peak . Under the tremendous pressure , materials become ball shape from powder shape .

Briquette Production Line

The raw material which has a good deal of moisture will be dried by the rotary dryer . If there are several mixed kinds of materials , the materials will be reasonable distributed by the electrical dosing machine . Then we will crush and mix materials with binder by crusher and double shaft mixer . The mixed materials will be conveyed to increasing density machine through belt conveyor . After that , we can use the briquetting machine to make briquettes . At the end of , final briquettes should be dried by vertical dryer or chain plate dryer or mesh belt dryer . The whole production line could be designed according to customer’s demand .
