The sensor is connected to the pneumatic suspension of a vehicle, and measures the current pressure in system. The pressure proportional to the load on the axle. In the simplest case, it 1 sensor on the rear suspension of the truck is enough. However, if there is a need to improve the accuracy, you can mount the sensor on the front suspension too.
After installation, you must hold a calibration (load truck with cargo portions of given weight). No need to make calibration immediately. It can also be performed during operation of the vehicle.
Calibration table must be recorded in AVL software or GPS tracker.
