Equipment usage
In order to meet the different needs of users for various continuous annealing furnaces, our company has launched the CLTH-4 type amorphous strip continuous annealing furnace, which can achieve rapid and slow cooling under different pressure conditions, achieve various heat treatment processes, and achieve unique performance for amorphous components, amorphous magnetic powder cores, nanocrystals, and amorphous iron cores under different magnetic field requirements.

Cooling methods: air cooling in the first temperature zone, air cooling in the second temperature zone, and water bag cooling to ensure consistent temperature in the cooling section
