Production process:

Product introduction: mixer—hoist--double cone feeder-- twin-screw granulator--water ring granulator--centrifugal dewatering machine--vibration sieve--finished product bin.

Cutting mode:

Water ring die plate hot cutting

Application:

1.Wildly used in PE,PP,PS,ABS,PA,PBT,PET,PC,PO,EVA and  PPO.

2.Injection molding, blow molding, plastic uptake, plastic tableware, pipe, sheet, polypropylene hollow sheet, woven bag, non-woven fabric, blown film, cast film, etc.

3.Can be used as black dye, used in the manufacture of Chinese ink, ink, paint, etc..Also used to make rubber reinforcing agent.

4.Besides, carbon black masterbatch granulator can also be used for stone paper, PVC, low smoke zero halogen cable material, internal and external shielding cable material, chlorinated polyethylene, functional masterbatch, masterbatch, heat shrinkable material, PP + Halogen series of plastic materials.
