ASEPTIC BIB FILLING MACHINE

Introduction

BIB (bag-in-box)aseptic filling machine is a small and efficient filling equipment, comprising the aseptic filling system, weight measurement system, SIP self-disinfection system, temperature control system, man-machine interface and PLC control system , Operating platform and roller conveyor system (optional).

 

Application

Widely used for filling the drinking water, red wine, yellow wine, milk, dairy additive, syrup, juice beverage, fruit puree, fluid flavoring and etc.

 

Operation process

    Clamp bags→clamp lids→steam sterilize automatically→pullout lids→automatic filling→gland capping→convey bags→pack bags into boxes

 

Main Features:

1, the control system comprises HMI, PLC, making the operation convenient, intuitive, and protected;

2, two optional measurement system: weighing or flow meter measurement;

3, the whole machine using SUS304, food contact parts use stainless steel 316L;

4, can be applied to the bags of different specifications, so that the production is more flexible;

5, reliable bag clamp design, to ensure smooth operation of equipment and not to hurt the bag;

6, unique chamber design, to avoid condensate drip;

7, use the touch screen to set parameters, can be applied to different bags of 1L, 2L, 3L, 5L, and 10L - 25L (bagging mouth 1 inch).

Manual load the bags in the machine, then press the start button. The device automatically completes the filling and auxiliary action until the end of filling.
