1. Introduction


JS101 is foaming nucleator in gas-injection application. It is designed for processing Physical foaming insulated coaxial cables.



Features: a substitute for DOW DFNA-0012 NT, 0078NT.

3. Application and Dosage

•Extruded with LDPE or HDPE gas injection compounds for processing physical foaming insulated coaxial cables.

•Added at 1.5-2% into a blend of 60-80% HDPE and 20-40% LDPE.
