Maleic anhydride grafted EVA for halogen-free flame retardant series is evaluated as compatibilizer/coupling agent which is used to fill or reinforce polypropylene. As the coupling agent, PP-G-MAH can significantly improve the filled or enhanced PP’s mechanical properties and hest resistance. At the same time, the introduction of polypropylene molecular chain polar

groups could significantly improve PP’s shading ability.
