 APPLICATION

 FM-SW Series High Fi Weighing filling machine, the principle is that setting weight under control of PLC program of weighing load cell platform. It owns high accuracy & technology, it’s a new type machine integrating mechanism, electricity and instrument. It changed unmeasurable defect of traditional flow meter type filling accuracy for high viscosity liquid. It’s the ideal equipment that combine weighing and filling after civilized production and nationally stipulated elimination of level scales. Net filling each time, operator put container on weighing platform under filling nozzle, start program, nozzle goes down & open filling nozzle, liquid fast filling then slow filling with small dose correction metering. Stop filling when meeting setting weight, complete whole filling process. This weighing filling machine is suitable for various liquid with viscous、non-viscous、corrosive、non-corrosive、non-foaming liquid. 

FEATURE

  1. Filling Mode: Filling from top.
  2. Control Mode: Based on the combination of touch screen, PLC, Control mode, High accuracy

               Load cell & variable frequency pump.

  1. Liquid In-feed mode: variable frequency pump.
  2. Own filling data display function, can filling multi filling range setting.
  3. Own automatic peeling function, and filling by net weight.
  4. Own control system manual and automatic micro switch control function.
  5. Own fast and slow double speed control function (Inverter control) to prevent splashing &

   increase filling accuracy.

  1. Own emergency stop function to avoid fault operation and power failure protection.
  2. Adapt full electric control, needn’t air compressor or air supply. [If high viscosity liquid, should

   change to electric & air combination mode.

  1. Based on hygiene and aesthetic requirements, whole frame and liquid direct contact part
