【APPLICATION】

  FM-SW Series High Fi Weighing filling machine, the principle is that setting weight under control of microcomputer program of weighing load cell platform. It owns high accuracy & technology, it’s a new type machine integrating mechanism, electricity and instrument. It changed unmeasurable defect of traditional flow meter type filling accuracy for high viscosity liquid. It’s the ideal equipment that combine weighing and filling after civilized production and nationally stipulated elimination of level scales. Net filling each time, operator put container on weighing platform under filling nozzle, start program, nozzle goes down & open filling nozzle, liquid fast filling then slow filling with small dose correction metering. Stop filling when meeting setting weight, complete whole filling process. This weighing filling machine is suitable for various liquid with viscous、non-viscous、corrosive、non-corrosive、non-foaming liquid.
