【APPLICATION】

FM-SW Series High Fi Weighing filling machine, the principle is that setting weight under control of PLC program of weighing load cell platform. It owns high accuracy & technology, it’s a new type machine integrating mechanism, electricity and instrument. It changed unmeasurable defect of traditional flow meter type filling accuracy for high viscosity liquid. It’s the ideal equipment that combine weighing and filling after civilized production and nationally stipulated elimination of level scales. Net filling each time, operator put container on weighing platform under filling nozzle, start program, nozzle goes down & open filling nozzle, liquid fast filling then slow filling with small dose correction metering. Stop filling when meeting setting weight, complete whole filling process. This weighing filling machine is suitable for various liquid with viscous、non-viscous、corrosive、non-corrosive、non-foaming liquid.

1. Product Setting-Save about 10kinds different product weight and reference filling data.
2. Touch Display-Can do calibration on weighing port conveniently, and set filling data on touch screen very fast.
3. Multi-Filling- Gross weight/net weight mode, auto/manual function can be changeable, easy to operate and maintain.
4. Weighing Accuracy- Adapt high quality weighing load cell + PLC + weighing sensor to make sure control filling accuracy.
5. Fall correction- Automatically correct after filling to make sure next pail filling with high accuracy.
6. Auto liquid lever inspection-Inspect each pail liquid level automatically, can prevent liquid pillage effectively.
7. Data statistics- Contain weight and times accumulation.
8. Multi-grade filling- Contain two grades filling (fast and slow filling), improve filing accuracy.
9. Throttling Device- Throttle valve can anti-splashing when filling low viscous liquid, which cause excessive pump pressure.
10. Withdrawing protection- Adopt vacuum withdrawing device, when finish filling, the last drop liquid will be automatically sucking into withdrawing device to make sure no dripping.
11. Bucket protection-Prevent bucket damage caused by misalignment when filling head dropping down.
12. Filling mode- Can fill on top of bucket, also can fill inside bucket.
13. Change bucket mode-According to different size of bucket mouth, filling nozzle is designed with chuck type, can change fast without tools.
14. No bucket protection mode- Can detect no bucket automatically, no bucket no filling,
15. Strong frame- Whole machine with high quality stainless steel 304 material.
16. Convey mode- No engine roller conveyor.
17. Lifting structure-Filling column adopts hand operated lifting to facilitate the adjustment of overall height of filling head.

23. The seal is made of silicone rubber ( wearing, high temperature resistance, acid and alkali

resistance, corrosion resistance), fluororubber ( wearing, strong acid and alkali resistance,

strong corrosion). Provide suitable seals according to different temperature or

viscosity of different liquid material.
