Cap Sorting Elevator 

Cap Sorting Elevator is our most common and economical Sorting System capable handling a wide variety of flat caps up to 110mm. Correctly positioned caps are carried up the universal, cleat belt and blown down into the Capper chute for application. Our Elevator can also be upgraded to handle caps larger than 110mm

Hyaline PC cover position adjustment(As picture 1 below)

The distance between the inner side of hyaline PC cover and the convey chain shall 2-6mm more than the height of the caps.

2. Oblique bar adjustment(As picture 2 below)

The distance between the oblique bar and the elevate bar is 1-3mm. The ideal status is there is no rubs between the oblique bar and elevate bar while operation.
