Operating instructions of Baixiang manual sandblasting machine:

 

A: First install and fix the equipment (specific installation consultation service telephone number: 13530443827), connect the air source and power supply (single-phase 220 V, 50 Hz), turn on the power switch, the lighting lamp is on, and the dust removal fan is started.

B: Put the parts to be processed on the worktable and close the door of the working chamber.

C: Put both hands from the front sleeve position of sandblasting machine into the working chamber of manual sandblasting machine, hold the workpiece to be processed (or hold the spray gun with one hand and hold the workpiece with the other). The position of the product requiring sandblasting should be aligned with the nozzle of the spray gun, and the position of the workpiece should be adjusted to make relative movement under the spray gun.

D: Gently step on the foot switch, the compressed air will be opened and enter the Baixiang brand spray gun. The abrasive will be ejected into the spray gun from the bottom of the storage box according to the set spraying amount, and the abrasive will be sprayed onto the surface of the workpiece under the action of compressed air at high speed.

E: In the process of sand blasting, on the one hand, it is necessary to keep a proper spraying distance and angle between the spray gun and the workpiece, on the other hand, the relative movement between the spray gun and the workpiece should be made, so that the workpiece can be uniformly sprayed by abrasive until satisfactory results are achieved.

F: After processing, the foot must be removed from the foot switch. After the spray gun stops spraying abrasive, the work cabin door can be opened and the parts can be taken out.

G: If it is necessary to continue to process parts, it is not necessary to turn off the fan and lighting power supply of the dust removal box in the middle; otherwise, it is turned off.

H: Stop work after work, must turn off the power switch, pull off the power plug, disconnect the air source connector, clean the dust box.
