ESD Spray - tribocharge less than 35V

1. Use our ESD Spray to convert the surface of many insulating materials into ESD Safe objects that were otherwise prong for Electrostatic Discharge phenomena to occur.
2. Applicable engineering plastics includes PC, PET, PS and ABS, PMMA and Acrylics, Phenolic, POM, PI, PEI. etc.
3. Applicable surface includes anodized alluminum, some porous ceramic, various glass substrates, most painted materials.
4. Our ESD spray meets RoHS requirement and does not emit hazardous heavy metals and other materials set forth by RoHS.
5. Once successfully applied, the surface will be make ESD Safe, conforming to ESD20.20 requirement of less than 35V of tribocharging.
6. Clean the surface of suspected eletrostatic discharging thoroughly, and spray adequate amount of our ESD Spray on to the surface.  Then immediately use cleanroom wipe to spread the liquid evenly, forming a thin film on the surface.  The treated surface can be blow dry by hot air or let untouched overnight to form a ESD protection layer.
7. Our ESD Spray can give ESD Safe protection for 2 ~ 8 weeks, depending on your working environments and the thickness of the formed ESD protection layer.
