Heat resistant, ESD Safe Release Liner Film: Triboelectric Charge <= 35V

1. Specs: Polyimide, 25 micron X 51 cm X 100 M
2. Our heat resistant ESD release liner film can maintain ESD properties at high temperature and low RH.
   • ESD is heat resistant upto 200 C for 3hrs
   • Double side antistatic properties with surface resistant <= E09 ohm upto 200 C for 3 hrs (ANSI/EOS/ESD S11.11)
   • Static decay time <<=0.01 sec even at RH=12% (FTMS-101C) 
3. Our PI conforms with RoHS without heavy metals and other hazardous materials
4. Our ESD film does not contain conductive carbonblack and will not shed off particles.
5. Our ESD PI film is clear and transparent with excellent scratch-resistant property
6. Our product does not contain any antistatic surfactant additives to avoid any chemical migration.
7. The surface of our PI release liner is water-repellant and can be surface cleaned further by adhesive roller to remove any foreign particulate matters.
8. The ultra-low tribocharge voltage together with the super-fast static decay time means the best ESD protection for our clients
