Xy-44a drilling rig is a new product designed on the basis of XY-42 and xy-44 drilling rigs. In addition to the technical performance parameters of the above two types of drilling rigs, the vertical shaft feeding part is added with a guide rod structure, and is equipped with water brake and hand pressure oil pump.

 

The drilling rig is mainly suitable for core drilling mainly with alloy and diamond drilling, also suitable for engineering geological exploration, hydrological well drilling, and large diameter foundation pile engineering construction. This product is not only sold all over the country, but also exported to Southeast Asia, Africa, America and Europe.

 

Technical features

 

The results show that: 1. The drilling rig has more speed series (8 levels) and reasonable speed range, and the low-speed torque is large. Therefore, the drilling rig has strong process adaptability and wide application range. It is not only suitable for small diameter diamond core drilling, but also can meet the requirements of large diameter cemented carbide core drilling and some engineering drilling.

 

2. The rig has light weight and good detachability. The rig can be divided into ten components, which is easy to move and suitable for mountain operation.

 

3. Simple structure, reasonable layout, easy to maintain, maintain and repair.

 

4. The rig has two reverse rotation speeds, which is convenient for accident handling.

9. According to the user's needs, the circular slip can be configured to directly clamp the rope drill pipe for drilling, eliminating the need for active drill pipe.

 

10. The hydraulic system is equipped with manual oil pump. When the power machine can not work, the manual oil pump can still be used to deliver pressure oil to the feed oil cylinder to pull out the drilling tools in the hole, so as to avoid burying accidents.

 

11. The winch is equipped with water brake to ensure smooth and safe running in deep hole drilling.
